The inspiration for CeSTù’s menu came from various places and different times.
Cuisines from countries such as Japan, France, Spain, Lebanon and Italy are present in the recipes and are mixed with the seasoning and the references of Brazil, allowing that a delicate blend of ingredients and flavours to be perceived in each preparation of CeSTù.
Likewise, what has been called Timeless Gastronomy is present in the futuristic fashion of looking at the past, which has been revisited in so many different ways in this precious menu prepared by Chef Daniel Stucchi.
